TO THE PROPRIETORS OF DALSON PARK: I Am aware that Horse Riding is a risky sport, and I agree that I/My Daughter/Son, participates in Horse Riding activities at your centre at my/her/his own risk. At all times thereafter I will sufficiently indemnify and keep indemnified you and persons engaged by you, against all liability whatsoever (when arising from negligence by you or by persons engaged by you) and against all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and expenses whatsoever, which may be taken or made against you or any of them or incurred or became payable by you or any of them in respect thereof. I authorise you or persons engaged by yourself, to obtain all such medical assistance and treatment for myself/my said daughter or son, as shall to you or them, seem desirable, and accept responsibility for the payment of any fees and expenses incurred for those purposes.
