Dalson Park Cancellation Policy
Group Lessons
· All group lessons require 48hrs notice for cancellation.
· You are entitled to one makeup lessons per calendar month, with no administration fee. (provided 48hrs notice has been given).
· If more than 1 lesson is cancelled in the calendar month, all but the first makeup will attract a $20 administration fee per makeup lesson.
Private Lessons
· All private Lessons require 48hrs notice for cancellation.
· All private lesson cancellations will attract a $30 cancellation fee unless the lesson time can be filled by another rider.
· If the lesson is filled by another rider we will refund the $30 fee or credit it to another lesson (your choice).
· If the lesson is filled by another rider we will refund the $30 fee or credit it to another lesson (your choice).
EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Agistments using the EC Pro system.
Please contact the Yard, School or Agistments directly. Dalson Park EC is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
